Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects was commissioned by the Washington County Free Library System to complete a concept study design for a new 10,000 square foot library.
The new Hancock, MD branch will replace the current aging facility, which is no longer fulfilling the needs of the community it serves.
Murphy & Dittenhafer expects to complete the study this fall.
